Quality comes from details

We at FCV are manufacturing professionals, which is why we have a department specializing in quality control to guarantee the quality of the products that we provide. Our quality control and manufacturing departments​ work in tandem in each and every phase and process, including raw material inspection, casting inspection, machining process inspection, functional inspection after assembly, liquid pressure inspection, gas pressure test, and post-paint inspection. They work together to ensure the quality of the final product. And strictly following the ISO9001 quality certification standards for management control.

Finish checks

The quality staff of FCV industrial valves track every link in the production of industrial valves and give a detailed report of all inspections, including photos of defects and standard names.

Our mature quality system

We have more than 100 sets of various inspection and testing equipment, which can meet all-round testing content in the valve production process. First, conduct chemical composition, physical analysis, and mechanical performance tests on materials. Secondly, inspect the structure length, size, accuracy, weld seam, the roughness of the valve. Finally, all the contents related to the valve’s sealing, strength, torque, life, flow, vacuum, paint, and cleanliness before leaving the factory are comprehensively inspected, so that the product can meet the required standards in the final inspection process.
