#1 Design customization

Product design covers GB, ANSI, API, BS, DIN, and other standards. Our company can also provide valve customization, valve design, or customized production services for large-diameter valve gates according to your requirements.

#2 We start from castings to keep improving

In the casting stage, the raw materials are heated to the specified temperature according to the regulations, (about 1300-1500℃), heated and melted into a viscous substance. The mold temperature can be automatically adjusted by our software and integrated control room at any given moment. Professional modern equipment makes the vicious metal material enter the mold for shape transformation;

#3 Machining profile cutting

Using modern equipment for cutting, welding, non-destructive testing, and other methods, the weld can reach NB/T47013 Class II or above after testing. Large-scale processing equipment processes the tested castings for subsequent modernization of industrial valve assembly;

#4 Industrial valve assembly plant

The products that have passed the inspection enter the final assembly plant and are transformed into customized valve products through the operation of professional stafftemperature can be automatically adjusted by our software and integrated control room at any given moment. Professional modern equipment makes the vicious metal material enter the mold for shape transformation;

#5 100% liquid pressure test

All valve products produced here must be tested. The test items include materials, internal components, coatings, precision, tensile force, gas pressure, liquid pressure, sensitivity, environmental protection, etc.
