Working condition analysis: The cooling water source is far away from the power plant and the terrain is complicated. It is difficult to add a secondary (or multiple) booster pump station in the middle, which requires a single large pipeline to supply water at a time. (Can not achieve multi-pipeline, small-caliber, low-pressure water supply).

Our factory plan: Based on the above, our factory newly designed a large diameter medium and low-pressure butterfly valve-DN2000 PN25. The butterfly valve body and plate are made of high-strength cast steel (WCB), and the valve shaft is made of high-strength stainless steel SS316.The sealing is SS+EPDM In order to meet the requirements of actual working conditions, our factory specially developed a new valve body and butterfly plate design, especially the more optimized design of the valve body seal and shaft end seal, which can fully meet the requirements of actual working conditions. The butterfly valve was successfully developed and trial-produced, filling the domestic gap. Instead of imported products, it saves a lot of foreign exchange for the country, and it also saves time and costs for installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
