5. Main features

6. Anticorrosion and paint

The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body and cover are painted with non-toxic epoxy resin. It has strong corrosion resistance and is sanitary and pollution-free. All cast iron

All equipment shall be painted with protective paint before leaving the factory, including anti-rust paint, primer and top coat. The total dry film thickness of the paint is 250-300μm, and it shall be painted on site and the last The top coat belongs to the same series, and the paint has no unevenness, cracks, bubbles and baking defects. The surface of all stainless steel parts is pickled and passivated.

8. Purpose

The Y-type filter is an indispensable device in the pipeline series that conveys the medium. It is usually installed at the inlet of a pressure reducing valve, a pressure relief valve, a fixed water level valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium to protect the valve and Normal use of equipment. The filter has the characteristics of advanced structure, low resistance and convenient sewage discharge. The applicable medium can be water, oil and gas. The filter screen can be made according to user requirements, and its appearance is basically the same (Y-shaped), and the internal parts are all made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable. When cleaning is required, just take out the detachable plug, remove the filtered impurities, and reinstall it, which is extremely convenient for use and maintenance. The filter has the advantages of small size, fine filter eyes, low resistance, high effect, convenient installation and maintenance, and low cost.

11. Precautions for installation of equipment

11.1 The installation and construction must be careful, remember to hit the filter of brittle materials.
11.2 Before installation, the filter should be checked to check the specifications and models, whether they are consistent with the requirements for use, and to identify whether there is any damage during transportation.
11.3 The pipeline connected to the filter must be cleaned. Compressed air can be used to blow away iron oxide filings, silt, welding slag and other debris. These debris can easily block the internal filter.
11.4 When installing the filter, you need to install a gate valve or a ball valve at the inlet first, so that when the filter needs to be removed for drainage or maintenance, it can ensure that the system is airtight and water does not flow out.
11.5 The product is installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed water level valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium to protect the normal use of valves and equipment, but care must be taken to ensure easy maintenance and operation.
11.6 The filter cannot withstand unexpected stress.
11.7 During installation, the installation should be carried out according to the flow direction of the medium indicated on the filter, with the plug position facing down.
11.8 When installing the flange, pay attention to tighten the bolts symmetrically and evenly. The flange of the filter and the flange of the pipe must be parallel.
11.9 The piping should be natural, and the position should not be hard to pull, so as not to leave pre-stress.
11.10 The perpendicularity of the flange surface on the piping to the center line of the piping and the error of the flange bolt hole should be within the allowable range. The filter and the piping center line must be consistent before installation.
11.11 When connecting two flanges, the sealing surface of the flange and the gasket must be evenly compressed first, so as to ensure that the flanges are connected by the same bolt stress.
11.12 When tightening the bolts, use a wrench that matches the nut. When tightening with hydraulic or pneumatic tools, be careful not to exceed the specified torque.
11.13 The flanges should be tightened in order to avoid uneven force. They should be tightened in a symmetrical and intersecting direction.
11.14 After installing the flange, make sure that all bolts and nuts are firm and even.
11.15 The materials of bolts and nuts must comply with regulations. After tightening, the bolt head should show two pitches from the nut.
11.16 Fastening of bolts and spirals, in order to prevent loosening caused by vibration, washers should be used.

12. The principle of equipment operation

When the medium and impurities flow into the filter from the inlet end, the medium flows out from the outlet end of the filter through the filter screen, and the impurities are blocked by the filter screen and gathered at the bottom of the filter. After running for a period of time or when shutting down, close the gate valve or ball valve at the inlet end of the filter. Remove the plug at the bottom of the filter to clear the impurities. Install the plug to open the inlet end gate valve or ball valve filter into normal circulation.

13. Precautions for maintenance and repair

The purpose of using valve maintenance is to extend valve life and ensure normal operation
13.1. The valve should always be kept clean and stored in a dry and ventilated room.
13.2. The precautions for disassembly and repair are subject to the precautions for installation. But before disassembling, confirm that there is no pressure inside the pipeline and valve, or replace the medium with inert gas.
13.3. It is a flange connection device. In principle, the bolts should be removed with a wrench.
13.4. After installation, drain regularly to keep the filter clean and unobstructed.
13.5. It is not allowed to knock on the filter in operation, stand or support heavy objects.
13.7 The filter should be routinely disassembled and maintained during a period of use to ensure normal operation. Before disassembling, it must be confirmed that the vulnerable spare parts are ready. And to ensure that the pipeline is pressure-free.
